The newly found South Sudan Air Force roundel is not a concentric circular
flag design, but a circular design of the flag as it is.

A roundel is posted on
Wikipedia, but its status is uncertain. It shows the colours of the national
flag in a concentric arrangement with the blue triangle and yellow star on the
forward side.

Regarding the South Sudan Air Force, I found picture of helicopters with
the national flag painted on the fin only, but there is no aircraft roundel..

Here
is a photo showing a purported South Sudan
circular roundel, but it is hard to believe that South Sudan has such an
advanced fighter aircraft, and I think it is a fake.
